I purchased the car in Fort Bragg NC from a fellow soldier who came on orders to return to Germany. He had just came back and was ordered to return. This car was in Germany with him on his first deployment. I've owned it since, car survived 2 major floods in Bound Brook NJ in 1999 and 2008, completely submerged for many days. My restoration has been slow and on a budget. Slowly but surely I'm making way in it.
